• The Instagram and Messenger connectionsThese authorise through Meta rather than transferring, so you reconnect the same accounts to us. The pages and profiles stay yours throughout.
• The answers buried inside your flowsEvery flow you built encodes a real answer to a real question. Read through them and write the answers out as plain text; that becomes the training material.

How to do it

   Decide whether you are replacing marketing or supportThis is the whole decision. If ManyChat runs your broadcast and lead capture, keep it. If it answers customer questions and keeps missing the ones nobody anticipated, read on.

What catches people out

• Both tools can hold the same Meta connection while you testYou do not have to disconnect ManyChat to try us, which makes this the lowest-risk evaluation on this list. Run both for a week on real messages.
• Losing the flows can feel like losing controlA flow is predictable: you know exactly what it will say. An agent answering from documentation is less scripted, which is uncomfortable at first. The trade is that it answers questions you never wrote a branch for. If you need a guaranteed script for regulated or legal language, keep a flow tool for that part.
• Ecommerce comment-to-DM automations are a ManyChat strengthIf most of your value is triggering a DM from an Instagram comment on a campaign post, that is a marketing mechanic rather than a support one, and ManyChat does it better than we do.

When not to move

If any of these describe you, staying with ManyChat is the right call and we would rather say so than sell you a migration you regret.

• Broadcast campaigns, drip sequences or comment-triggered DMs are your main use
• You need scripted, guaranteed wording for regulated or legal messages
• Lead capture into a marketing list matters more than answering questions

Questions

Can I import my ManyChat flows?

No, and there is nothing to import them into. ClerkChat answers from your content rather than from branches. The practical move is reading your flows, writing out the answers they contain as plain text, and training on that.

Does ClerkChat replace ManyChat for marketing broadcasts?

No. We answer incoming questions; we do not send campaigns, sequences or broadcasts. If that is your main use, keep ManyChat.

Can I run both at once while I decide?

Yes. Both can hold a connection to the same Meta accounts, so you can compare on real messages for a week before changing anything.
