Less switching, more doing

  • "Can you train my support agent on this website?"
  • "Which customer conversations still need a reply?"
  • "How many leads did we capture this week?"

Your assistant can do the work through ClerkChat tools, with your approval and existing access.

One connection to your support workspace

  • Work in natural language. Describe the result you want. Your assistant uses ClerkChat tools to get there.
  • Use your preferred assistant. Add the same remote MCP URL to a client that supports Streamable HTTP and OAuth.
  • Choose what it can access. Approve specific workspaces. Your current roles and plan limits apply to every request.

From your first support bot to the daily inbox

Keep your knowledge, customer conversations and support operations connected.

Build and configure agents

Create support and sales agents. Update instructions, greetings, branding and other agent settings.

Train on your business knowledge

Add website, text and document sources. Inspect sources and follow processing status.

Handle customer conversations

Read existing conversations, draft or send replies, take over from the bot and update status or assignment.

Manage automations and leads

Configure workflows, inspect run history and review or export the leads your agents capture.

Ask for the numbers

Review agent and workspace analytics for a date range. See what customers ask and where your team can improve.

Connect and deploy

Configure supported integrations, website widgets and hosted help pages. Get the embed code for your site.

Your workspace, your control

  • Only workspaces you approve are available. Existing permissions and plan limits still apply.
  • Provider connections may need browser approval. Stored credentials are never returned to your assistant.
  • Client support varies. Add the remote MCP server directly where supported; a public directory listing is not required.
  • Deployment tools configure your widget and hosted help page. They do not release application code or infrastructure.
