# Invite teammates to your workspace

> Add members, manage access, and review pending invitations.

Invite teammates when they need access to agents, conversations, or workspace settings. Your role determines which membership actions you can perform.

  <Step title="Open Team">Select **Team** from the dashboard navigation.</Step>

  <Step title="Send an invitation">
    Enter your teammate's work email, choose the appropriate access, and send the invitation.

  <Step title="Track the invitation">
    Review **Pending invitations** for invitations awaiting acceptance. Resend or revoke an
    invitation when needed.

  <Step title="Manage a member">
    Use the member actions to update access or remove someone from the workspace.

## Review invitation history

**Past invitations** lists accepted, expired, and revoked invitations. Use it to confirm whether a prior invitation still grants access.
